Flatwork dryer-ironers

Construction
- Mural:introduction and exit through the front with NOMEX belts for introducing and ironing.
- Structure treated with white epoxy resin.
- Roll in polished steel (models 32 and 50).
- High quality ironing performance.
Heating
- Electrical and gas (32 and 50) and steam (50) available depending on models.
Inverter
- To regulate the ironing speed and lower the energy consumption.
Control
- Digital programming that allows to set temperature and speed, displaying at all times the actual working temperature and speed.
Cool down
- Standard in all models. Consists in cooling the speed of the machine progressively at the end of the cycle to elongate the life of the machine.
Security
- All machines have a finger-board to protect the worker’s hands as well as all the requirements as per EU regulations.
Models
- C: dryer-ironer.
- CP: Dryer-ironer with length-fold.
- CPI: Dryer-ironer with automatic feeder and length-fold.
Optional
- Humidity control:
- Automatic system that regulates the speed of the roll depending on the humidity of the linen, includes Cool Down (cooling system at the end of cycle) and automatically avoids overheating when there is no contact with linen.
- Roll in chromed steel (only in models 32 and 50).
- Length fold:
- Folds items lengthwise, Regulating itself at depending on the length of the item. Only in models 50. Motor Power 500 W
- Automatic clamp feeder.
- Makes the introduction of the sheets possible with only one person operating the machine, through the pneumatic feeding clamps. Only for models 50. needs compressed air (15m3/h). Motor power 180 W.
